Important Coronavirus (COVID-19) update and how it impacts our service:
(Tech support by phone is available for a small fee)
In response to the current and changing situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, all counties in the San Francisco greater Bay Area have imposed a shelter-in-place order for all citizens to avoid the spread of the virus.
This order remains in effect from March 19th 2020 until further notice and is subject to change, depending on circumstances. Only essential services are able to conduct business, and we are only allowed to leave our homes to go grocery shopping as needed. In 2021 counties are beginning to open up as virus cases decrease, but until we are able to fully open up (and no new cases are found), we will need to restrict our services.
Although many of you may disagree, audio/video installation services are not considered to be “essential” in the eyes of the county and state.
Therefore, as you may imagine, this greatly affects our ability to provided services to our customers since we cannot make house calls until the virus has been eliminated. We have had to put all scheduled appointments on temporary hold and we are unable to take on new customers.
We value the health and safety of our customers very much and we want to be able to help you in the best way possible. A large percentage of our clients are in the vulnerable age group (including us) or have compromised immune systems, so we don't want to take any chances while this virus is still active in our community.
Since we are a home-based business we are still here in the office to answer your inquiries and provide tech support over the phone. If you've lost your TV picture or audio, or have some other technical issue, Brad will try to diagnose the cause and walk you through to get you up and running again.
(There will need to be some customer participation.)
If Brad is able to solve your problem over the phone, there will be a minimal fee of $40.00, vs. the standard 2-hour minimum charge of $190 ($95/hr.) to drive to your home. You can pay with a credit or debit card through our PayPal or SquareCash link on our website or you may do a bank transfer with Zelle if you are registered with them.
Any emergency house calls made during COVID-19 time (like getting ethernet to work, etc.) will have a $200 minimum charge (vs. the standard $190).
Also, you will need to open windows to ventilate the work area for and everyone will be required to wear a mask and social distance. Once everyone is fully vaccinated, we will update our protocol as we get new information regarding this virus.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience that is beyond our control.
We wish good health to all of our customers. We know this isn't forever,
and we look forward to being able to serve you again in the future.
Stay safe and virus-free by keeping your distance, washing your hands, and if cough or sneeze, use a tissue or handkerchief and not your hand.
Thank you,
Brad and Lisa Melton
